Shortly I will be rolling out a fresh and brand new website for Lucky Accessories that I am pretty exited about. It’s going to be nice and simple, and the biggest change will be that it will no longer have it’s own shopping cart. All shopping will be done through the Etsy shop once it’s all done, which will make my life much easier.
It’s something I haveĀ  been thinking about doing for about a year or so, but was unable to make the jump until now. I hope if you’ve been shopping with me through the website until now, you don’t mind making the switch to the Etsy shop too. If you do mind, you can just call me and place the order over the phone! So in preparation I have been making sure the Etsy shop is getting fully stocked with all styles, and currently it’s the Vintage Wallflower section I am bulking up. Check back often in the next few days to see if you can find anything you can’t live without!

Also for you Peapod fans, I have had to make a small change to the chain I have sold them on for the past two years thanks to the ever rising price of sterling silver. The tiny link chain has been replaced with a really sweet delicate ball chain instead. I have always preferred the peapods on a ball chain so to me it’s been a happy necessity, and I think you will agree.

And finally I’d like to leave you with some music. It’s been a very fruitful year for me so far in finding new (to me) music to enjoy and love and roll around in, and I’d like to share some of the bounty. I’ll start with The Bird and The Bee, which I actually believe is a band created for me personally, so to whomever did that for me, I thank you. I can’t believe I have not heard of them until now.
Currently I am spending much time listening to Ray Guns Are Not Just The Future (which Nolan calls ‘the Jam with the drums in it’ and he requests to listen to at least three times a day, while he yells ‘Mom, let’s JAM!!’ until we are both dancing or at the very least head-bopping to the music) and Interpreting the Masters, Vol. 1. But I am fairly sure I will soon have to own anything they have ever created because if you can’t tell already, I kind of love them.

Enjoy a video why don’t you.
